The project partner eCon presented their know-how, which they enriched during the QUIET project, on the JEC WORLD 2019 taking place in Paris in March 12th-14th, 2019. A prestigious international jury awarded 11 winners, including eCon Engineering Kft. (Hungary) et al. as winner in the category automotive process: Fast manufacturing of complex TP composites – Automated, short-cycle-time production of thermoplastic polymer composites with a special focus on high functional integration, complexity and recyclability of the parts, based on T-RTM technology. | |

The QUIET kick-off-meeting took place on October 16th and 17th at the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH in Vienna, Austria. In total 24 project partners from 13 different companies, plus the responsible project officer from the European Commission, participated. During the meeting, the project partners communicated their expectations regarding the QUIET project. Furthermore, the consortium clarified the availability of existing measurement data and agreed on the roles and targets of each different partner in the project. |
